Peace Committee meeting held on upcoming festivals

Jalalpur Ambedkar Nagar. The Peace Committee meeting was organized in the presence of Tehsildar Padmesh Srivastava on Dhanteras, Diwali and Chhath Puja at Kotwali Jalalpur complex. In the meeting, Kotwal Jalalpur Santosh Kumar Singh appealed to businessmen that if they want police protection while going to the bank or returning home, they should be prepared in case of any untoward incident. The Kotwal told all the traders that the Kotwali will give special security to all the traders so that no one can take advantage of the crowd during the festival. Those merchants who need police should contact them in time. During this, business leader Krishna Gopal Kasodhan demanded that large vehicles should not be allowed inside the city on the day of Dhanteras. BJP city president Devesh Mishra, while giving information about a grand event being organized at Shivala Ghat in the city during Chhath Puja, demanded to make proper arrangements for cleaning and lighting of the ghat. During the meeting, Tehsildar Padmesh Srivastava asked the citizens present in it. gathering to meet while talking about celebrating the festival, he called for cameras to be installed in shops and other commercial establishments. After the meeting, Tehsildar also inspected Ramlila Maidan, the identified location of the firecracker shops. And the owner of the Khajla shop situated on the ground was ordered not to prepare any products in the shop by lighting the oven etc. during the three days of the festival. Apart from EO Municipality Ajay Kumar Singh, SDO Vidyut Mukesh Kumar, Manik Chand Soni, Arun Kumar Singh, Bechan Pandey, Anand Jaiswal, Sandeep Gupta, Ibne Ali Jafri and many businessmen and dignitaries were present in the meeting.
