This sweet can be made without burning gas

To prepare quick sweets you will need. 12 to 15 cashews and grated coconut. Half cup milk powder, about half cup milk as per requirement, two tablespoons desi ghee, silver works, green cardamom, pistachios, half cup powdered sugar.

Firstly, peel the green cardamom, remove the seeds, take at least ten cashew nuts and make powder of both. After this add the coconut powder and grind it finely. Now transfer everything to a bowl and add milk powder and powdered sugar to taste. Knead the dough while adding milk and then add desi ghee and grease it. This will prevent it from sticking to your hands and will also smell good. Now roll the prepared mixture to some thickness. Cut it with a knife and make a roll and keep it on a plate greased with ghee. Garnish with silverware, pistachios and cashews. Keep it in the fan air for some time. This way your candy will be ready.

make parwal sweets

Parwal sweets are easily available in the market, but you can also make them quickly at home. However, you will have to prepare it at least 5-6 hours before the puja. First, we wash and peel the parwal vegetable and make a cut in the middle so that it remains hollow. Put water on gas to heat it and add parwal and cook till it softens. Please note that it should not be overcooked otherwise the parwal will start breaking down.

Prepare the syrup by putting water and sugar in equal quantity on one side of the gas. Also add a little green food coloring. When the syrup starts sticking, turn off the gas, dip the cooked parwal in it and leave it covered. Leave it for at least three to four hours, until then complete the rest of the work. After the parwal absorbs the syrup well, fill it with khoya. You can also finely chop pistachios, cashews, almonds and mix them. This way your Parwal sweets will be ready, which you can offer and also feed to the guests.
