(Rewari News) Rewari. Run for Unity will be organized in Rewari city on October 31 to commemorate the birth anniversary of Iron Man Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel. Run for Unity participants will deliver the message of national unity by running.
After holding the district magistrates’ meeting in this regard, Zilla Parishad CEO Vikas Yadav said that like every year, this time the birth anniversary of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel will also be celebrated as National Unity Day. Run for Unity will start from the Rao Tularam home stadium on October 31 at 7 am, and will pass through places like Pandit Beedi Sharma-Colonel Mahasingh Chowk, Rejangla Park, etc. Rewari MLA Laxman Yadav will flag the Race for Unity.
The district police will be responsible for traffic management in connection with the Run for Unity program so that there are no traffic jams. The Office of the Civil Surgeon will make arrangements for ambulance and medical personnel during the Run for Unity. The District Sports Department and the Education Department will ensure maximum participation of participants in Run for Unity. SDM Surendra Singh and CTM Preeti Rawat and other administrative officials were present on this occasion.
