Sanjay Nishad, during a press conference with Deputy CM Brajesh Pathak, said that we will not contest the by-elections as we should not win the seat. On not getting two seats, Sanjay Nishad said that sometimes you have to work according to the circumstances.
Sanjay Nishad said, “I have always had the ideology that we should not win seats and we can give a lot to the society with the help of that victory.” The result of that victory was that I participated in the 2017 elections and the Congress-SP-BSP had to withdraw from Uttar Pradesh, which was now history. After this, you saw historic victories in 2018, 19, 2024 and 24 as well.
Referring to the by-elections, he said: ‘Today we want victory in these by-elections. We consider ourselves lucky that people from the opposition also tweet about us. The Congress, once the largest party in the country, is now saying in Uttar Pradesh that we want victory, not seats. I am a descendant of Nishadraj. We have come to win. I had a meeting in Delhi, then a meeting here. I will congratulate the National President, I reminded him that just as 10% reservation was given to the dispossessed of the upper class, so are we. oppressed people The previous governments, the British and the Mughal, have done injustice by placing us in the OBC category. I said that arrangements should also be made for their reservation by publishing it in the Uttar Pradesh Gazette.
