The seventh season of the controversial web series ‘Gandi Baat’ made by producer-director Ekta Kapoor has created controversy even before its release. The first six parts of this web series have been a topic of discussion among the audience for the last three years, but now BJP MLA Abhilash Pandey has raised objections regarding its content.
MLA Abhilash Pandey reached the Madan Mahal police station and handed over a memorandum demanding not to release the seventh season of ‘Gandii Baat’ in Madhya Pradesh. They say that this web series is full of adult content and young children have been shown in obscene scenes.
Gandii Baat web series is controversial again
Abhilash Pandey alleges that using children in such web series is wrong and should be stopped. He has also demanded legal action against Ekta Kapoor and her mother.
Police officials say the memorandum issued by the MLA will be submitted to the competent authorities. Following this, appropriate action will be taken after receiving legal advice. In this matter, police station in-charge Praveen Dhurve also said that action will be taken after investigation.
