Folk singer Sharda Sinha
Bihar’s famous folk singer Sharda Sinha is admitted to Delhi’s AIIMS and remains in the ICU. Where it is said that his condition is very critical. On Sunday, October 27, former Union Minister Ashwini Choubey, Union Minister of State Ramnath Thakur and Rajya Sabha MP Dharamshila Gupta arrived at AIIMS where they met Sharda Sinha and inquired about her health.
Apart from this, AIIMS director Srinivasan himself went to meet Sharda Sinha. A team of five doctors is said to be treating Sharda Sinha. They gave him a high dose injection. Sinha has been suffering from multiple myeloma (a type of bone marrow cancer) since 2017. The cost of one injection for this disease is Rs 8 lakh. Sinha will receive 10 injections. A team of doctors is monitoring his health.
Union Minister JP Nadda was briefed on health.
Earlier on Saturday, central BJP president and Union minister JP Nadda contacted AIIMS and met Sharda Sinha. Nadda took information from AIIMS officials about Sharda Sinha’s treatment and inquired about her well-being and also how to arrange for better treatment. Apart from this, JP Nadda had also obtained information from Sharda Sinha’s son Anshuman Sinha about his mother’s health.
