Actually, the whole matter is from Punjab Nagar Ramlila Fair in Civil Line area of Rampur district. Where about half a dozen people beat up a chaat seller and his brother with an iron ladle in front of the police personnel. Regarding the viral video, the victim filed a complaint at the Civil Lines police station regarding the incident. But when no action was taken even after 24 hours, the victim on Friday wrote a letter to the Superintendent of Police demanding action.
The police tried to intervene
Following the instructions of the Superintendent of Police, the Civil Lines Police Station registered a case against two persons under section 151. In the viral video of the fight, three policemen are seen trying to intervene throughout the fight. But the attackers were not afraid of the police. In the presence of the police, the attackers brutally beat up the chaat seller.

The chaat seller victim said that two of us brothers were hit by customs duty. Someone made a video of the incident. The video was delivered to the corresponding police station. But when no action was taken for 24 hours, today we submitted a request to the Superintendent of Police demanding action. When we spoke to the Superintendent of Police about this whole matter, the Superintendent of Police directed the Civil Lines police station to take action. Civil Lines Police Station has taken action under Section 151 against two persons in this entire matter.
