Shahjahanpur: A shocking case has come to light in the district, knowing that perhaps he will not trust even friendship. Actually, here a person had made a video of himself on his wedding night. Later, somehow, his friend got his video. The man says his friend obtained this video fraudulently. Later, his friend threatened to make the video go viral and began demanding money. The person gave her the money several times, but then when she refused, he began threatening her. After this, the person came to the police. Based on the complaint, the police registered a case.

UP’s Shahjahanpur police have registered a case against a person for blackmailing a friend through a video of their wedding night. Giving information about the case, police said that the accused has been identified as Shivam Mishra. According to the police, at the instance of accused Shivam Mishra, the victim had recorded the video of their wedding night in February last year. Additional Superintendent of Police (City) Sanjay Kumar said, “Later, Shivam fraudulently obtained the video and started blackmailing the victim and demanding money from him.”

Additional Superintendent of Police (City) Sanjay Kumar said: “Many times Shivam Mishra extorted money from his friend. Later, if he did not pay the money, he threatened the victim to make the video of his night out viral. weddings by posting it on social media. The Additional Superintendent of Police said that the victim was upset by the repeated blackmailing and reported the matter to the police. Following the victim’s complaint, the police have registered a case against the accused. Shivam Mishra under various sections of the Indian Penal Code.
