Gurugram: A resident of the city’s Firma Solera was wandering around for several days due to his problem. However, their problem was solved in just 35 seconds at Gurugram Municipal Corporation solutions field. With the issue resolved, the victim praised Haryana CM Nayab Singh Saini, Gurugram Municipal Corporation Commissioner Narhari Singh Bangar and the camp officials.

In fact, Nitin Garg, a resident of Signature Solera in Gurugram, spent days trying to get authorities to correct his property tax records. However, when he reached the Gurugram Municipal Corporation resolution camp, his complaint was resolved in just 35 seconds. Local settlement camps organized by municipal and panchayat bodies under the Haryana government’s initiative are rapidly providing relief to residents, an official said on Sunday. He said these camps are resolving public grievances on the ground and creating a positive impact as they are bridging the gap between the authorities and the general public.
He expressed his gratitude to CM for the initiative.
Additional commissioner Satish Parashar resolved Nitin Garg’s complaint in the resolution field, a statement said. With the issue resolved, Nitin Garg praised Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini, Gurugram Municipal Corporation Commissioner Narhari Singh Bangar and the camp officials for this initiative. Immediate action was ordered when residents of Unity Lane in Rajendra Park reported broken sewer covers in the area, a statement said. In addition, four officers were punished for negligence.
