Archbishop of Ranchi Vincent Ained offered mass for the conference participants on the last day of the 4-day 44th National World Class Marriage Encounter Conference at Namkum Falls.
Ranchi, Tuesday, October 22, 2024 (Ranchi Press): The Marriage Encounter Conference began on October 19, 2024 at Namkum Falls and concluded with a Mass on October 22. On this occasion, a book titled Prime Time related to the Marriage Encounter was also released.
“The family is the vital unit of the Church and without it the Church itself would disappear from the face of the earth,” Archbishop Vincent Einard said in his sermon, highlighting the sacred relationship between the family and husband and wife. He also noted that Pope John Paul II, whose feast day we celebrate today (October 22), had a heart inclined toward family. During his pontificate he published numerous documents and articles related to the challenges and problems of the family and suggestions to overcome them. Archbishop Ayind asked to pay attention to his writings and live family life according to them. At the end of the Mass, all participants of the 44th World Class Marriage Encounter conference were thanked for their willingness to manage family life and help others.
On the occasion of the conclusion of the conference, in addition to Archbishop Vincent Aind of Ranchi, Father Sameer Dungdung, Father Arul, secretary of the archbishop, Fr. Asim Minz was present.
