Hyderabad: Diwali festival is almost here, so firecrackers are also sold in full swing. But on Sunday night, a serious accident occurred in Sultan Bazaar area of Hyderabad. There has been a stir here due to a sudden fire at an illegal firecracker shop.

There is a firecracker shop called Paras Fireworks in Sultan Bazaar area of Hyderabad. Suddenly a fire broke out in this shop and all the firecrackers started bursting one after another. Suddenly, after hearing the loud sound of firecrackers, there was a commotion in the area and customers inside the store started running here and there. A woman was also injured at that time. The video of this entire incident has also emerged.
The fire was so serious that a restaurant and many cars were also affected. The fire destroyed a restaurant and between 7 and 9 cars.

ACP Sultan Bazar K Shankar says, ‘The fire was brought under control around 10.30-10.45 pm. A restaurant has been completely burned down. Between 7 and 8 cars have been burned. A woman has suffered minor injuries. The name of the firecracker shop is Paras Fireworks. The store does not have any certificates. This was an illegal store. We will take action against them. A fire broke out in the restaurant that also affected the surrounding areas. The fire has gone out. If this was a residential area, there could have been more damage.
According to the information received, this incident took place in Boggulkunta, near Abids. This was a wholesale firecracker store. The surrounding areas have suffered extensive damage due to the fire. Two firefighting units arrived at the scene and began controlling the fire. There was also a danger of it spreading to surrounding areas.
