A strange case has come to light in Patna, the capital of Bihar. There was a fierce fight between brother-in-law and sister-in-law in the middle of the road near the capital Patna Junction, Golambar. Seeing the high tension drama happening on the road, a crowd of locals gathered and information about the incident was given by calling 112. The police reached the spot and pacified the matter and both were taken to the Kotwali police station. The woman has alleged that the brother-in-law had physical relations with her on the pretext of getting married.
According to information received from the police, the woman alleges that she was married to Dinesh Kumar of Nalanda since 2017. Dinesh died of Corona in 2020, three years after they got married. In such a situation, her brother-in-law Gautam Kumar had physical relations with her for six months on the pretext of marriage. When she protested, the woman was harassed by her in-laws and thrown out of the house. Gautam Kumar accused his sister-in-law of making false allegations in exchange for money. Police registered the case and started investigation.
The brother-in-law had given security of marriage.
The woman alleges that her in-laws kicked her out of the house after an attack on July 10, 2022. After this she arrived at her maternal home with her little daughter. The woman said that even when she went to her in-laws’ house, sometimes they would not let her enter the house and other times they would send her away after a month or two. The woman said that her in-laws had promised her to marry her brother-in-law after her husband’s death, which was not fulfilled.
The brother-in-law made these accusations.
In this case, Gautam alleges that his sister-in-law has already filed a case for making false allegations. Gautam alleges that their wedding will be on December 10, something his sister-in-law is trying to prevent. That’s why she came to his office and started beating him. Apart from this, Gautam also accused his sister-in-law of trying to kidnap her. Gautam says his sister-in-law along with his brother and others were trying to kidnap him.
