(Yamunanagar News) Yamunanagar. The teacher development program was organized by the FDP cell of DAV Girls College. Sanjha Radio CEO Dr Manmohan Singh was the keynote speaker. College Principal Dr Meenu Jain presided over the programme. The program was carried out under the supervision of FDP cell in-charge Dr Surindra Kaur.

Dr. Manmohan Singh provided detailed information to the teachers on class management. He said any topic can be better explained by teaching students according to their interests. It is also necessary to consider what the contribution to society of what students are taught is. It should focus on self-motivation of teachers and students. He called on teachers to develop the quality of leadership and self-confidence in students. By doing this, students will not suffer in any area. New technologies must be used to improve teaching. In which he talked about Artificial Intelligence, GPT Chat and other tools.

Provide students with practical knowledge of subjects by involving them in various activities. The first responsibility of a teacher is to understand students’ problems and respond to them. In this way the relationship between students and teachers is strengthened. He also asked some questions to the teachers, which gave them the opportunity to share their knowledge and experiences related to teaching. RJ Vatish presented the past and present teaching scenario through a story and shed light on the relationship between teachers and students. RJ Tannu Singh, Ranjit Kaur and Manpreet also spoke.

Dr. Meenu Jain expressed his gratitude to everyone. Teachers contribute to nation building by educating and empowering students. He also emphasized the use of new teaching methods. Dr. Surindra Kaur said that there is a need to make students self-reliant along with their studies. So that they can become self-sufficient.
