Ayodhya. 18 of the 19 police stations in the district rank first in the state in timely resolution of online complaints. In this, Kotwali city is on top. In the month of October, around 2,700 complaints were received on the Jansunwai portal in all police stations of the district. In which 100 percent of the complaints have been resolved. This information was received based on a report from the Chief Minister’s Office. SP Rural Balwant Chaudhary said Kotwali Nagar won on the issue of deletion of complaints registered on the IGRS portal. After this, Inayatnagar Police Station occupies the second position in resolving maximum number of complaints. It is said that an inspector will definitely go to the scene to resolve all the online complaints received by the police. GPS images come from there, which shows that the police are interested in solving the case. SSP Rajkaran Nayyar said that IGRS is an online medium for public hearings. Through this medium, no person has to go anywhere to complain. The victim files an online complaint on its portal. The relevant department investigates it and tries to get rid of it. There is also accountability for the complaint filed through this medium. The complainant also obtains information on all aspects of the complaint. IG Praveen Kumar said that the disposal of complaints filed on this public hearing portal is reviewed every month at the government level. When taking feedback on the disposal of complaints filed in the IGRS, a classification is issued after reviewing whether the victim is satisfied or dissatisfied with the governance standards. He said our effort will be that all police stations in Ayodhya always remain ahead.
