(Gurugram News) Gurugram. Under the Haryana Government’s new initiative, complaints are being listened to carefully by officials at the resolution camps being organized every working day starting October 22. Apart from immediate resolution of grievances that can be resolved on the spot, necessary guidelines are being given to the officials concerned by setting deadlines for other grievances.
On Tuesday, 24 complaints were received in the resolution camps organized by the Gurugram Municipal Corporation in the four zones. On the ground, after listening carefully to the complaints, the joint commissioners issued instructions to the concerned officers to ensure quick resolution. Joint Commissioner Pradeep Kumar in Zone 1 area, Additional Municipal Commissioner Dr. Subhita Dhaka in Zone 2 area, Joint Commissioner Suman Bhankhar in Zone 3 and Chief Engineer Manoj Yadav in Zone 4 heard the complaints.
