(Jind News) Jind. Divisional level children’s competitions were organized on Tuesday at the local Bal Bhavan on the occasion of Children’s Festival 2024. On the first day of this competition, children enthralled everyone with their mesmerizing solo and group dance performances. Around 450 students from Sirsa, Fatehabad, Hisar and Jind participated in these cultural programmes. Haryana State Child Welfare Council Honorary General Secretary Dr. Sushma Gupta participated in the program as the chief guest.
Along with him, Divisional Child Welfare Officer Hisar Kamlesh Chahar, Child Welfare Officer (Headquarters) Saroj Malik and District Child Welfare Officer Hisar Vinod Kumar also attended the program. Malkiat Chahal, district child welfare officer, said students from classes I to XII demonstrated their skills in solo and group dance. In the solo dance, the duration was set between three and five minutes for the first group and between four and six minutes for the second, third and fourth groups.
While for the group dance, six to eight minutes were given. All the children participated in these competitions with full enthusiasm and enthralled the audience with their artistic performances. Winners of the contests will be selected for state-level contests. So that they can present their talent at an even higher level. On this occasion, Jaiveer Dhanda, Aradhana Sharma, Sumita Ashari, Aarti Saini, Deepti, Dr. Bhavana, Dr. Jyoti Sheoran and Rahul were present in the jury.
