His release came on Wednesday through the efforts of the District Legal Services Authority.
Shiva is a resident of Nagar Chhibramau and was sentenced to approximately 1 year. Due to his poor economic situation, he was unable to pay the fine, so his release was postponed. On the occasion of Constitution Day, thanks to the efforts of District Legal Services Authority Secretary Lovely Jaiswal and Legal Aid Defense Council Chief Shwetank Arun Tiwari, the Shiva fine was deposited, for what he could get out of jail.

As soon as Shiva reached the gate of the jail, he started dancing for joy. The police officers and defenders present outside the jail were shocked to see this style of Shiva. People applauded him, encouraged him and advised him to live a better life in the future.
In this case, another prisoner Anshu Gihar was also released thanks to the efforts of the authorities. Anshu’s bail was granted a month ago, but no one came to take him away. The authorities took this matter seriously and secured the release of both prisoners from the court. There were two prisoners lodged in the Kannauj district jail who had no one to defend them.
