His employee filed a false rape case against a millionaire businessman from Ghaziabad. For which the businessman had to spend more than three months in prison. Questions have also been raised about the policemen involved in this incident, who collected Rs 32 lakh from the businessman’s wife in order to reduce the sections.
In this case, the businessman complained to the Ghaziabad police commissioner and demanded an impartial investigation. The investigation revealed that the employee had made false accusations of rape to obtain an abortion, as she was 22 weeks pregnant and, according to Indian law, abortion can be performed up to 24 weeks in cases of rape. The woman had also demanded Rs 5 million from her boss.
Businessman implicated in false rape case
In the ACP police investigation, it was determined that all the accusations made against the businessman were false and he was acquitted. Ghaziabad Police Commissioner constituted an SIT to thoroughly investigate the matter, which submitted the final report on February 19, 2024. The court acquitted the businessman of all charges.
The information requested by RTI revealed that negligence was found in the working style of the police officers. However, no action has yet been taken against the guilty police officers. The businessman has warned that if action is not taken against the guilty police officers he will go to court to seek justice.

Let us tell you, in this entire matter, a case was registered against the businessman under sections 376 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code on February 4, 2023 at Burari Police Station in Delhi. In which he had alleged that on May 10, 2022, while he was working at Vaishali State Company, his boss took him to his department at the Cloud Nine Committee and knocked him unconscious by giving him a cold intoxicating drink. After this, on June 16, 2022, when I went to the boss’s apartment to deliver the design, they raped me there at gunpoint.
