Prayagraj: Great news has come from Prayagraj, UP. Here a young man left his bike and ran away in front of the Vande Bharat Express that was arriving at the track. Due to this, the bike got stuck in the engine of the Vande Bharat train and continued to be dragged for a long distance. It is fortunate that Vande Bharat did not derail, otherwise a serious accident could have occurred.

What’s the whole deal?

This incident occurred yesterday at 4:20 p.m. Vande Bharat was moving from Varanasi towards Prayagraj Junction. Some youths crossed the railway tracks with bicycles at the Bandhwa Tahirpur railway underpass near Jhansi station. Meanwhile, when they saw Vande Bharat coming forward, a youth left his bike on the railway track and ran away. After the heavy collision with the bike, passengers sitting in Vande Bharat felt the impact.

A loud dragging sound from the bicycle began to be heard. Meanwhile, the locomotive pilot stopped the train by applying the emergency brakes. When the information was handed over to the North Eastern Railway control room located in Varanasi, an alert was issued and traffic on the railway track was stopped. RPF and GRP are investigating the incident and the owner of the bicycle is being sought. An FIR has been registered against the owner of the bike.

Stone pelting on the Vande Bharat train from Delhi to Varanasi

Earlier, there was stone pelting on the Vande Bharat train going from Delhi to Varanasi. This incident occurred near Kanpur’s Panki station. Due to this incident, the glass of the train broke. After this stone-pelting incident, panic spread among the bus passengers. This incident was reported to the control room by the conductor of the Vande Bharat train.
