The Allahabad High Court canceled the adjustment of core teachers in UP. The Lucknow bench of the High Court has passed this order. The court said the errors should be rectified by stopping all activities in the adjustment process. The court has considered the rules implemented in the adaptation process of the Department of Basic Education as a violation of articles 14 and 16. Around 80 percent of the state’s schools were directly affected. A large number of educational sectors were affected by the adjustment process.
The High Court has called the department’s “last in, first out” transfer policy arbitrary. The Government Order of June 26, 2024 and the Department of Basic Education circular of June 28, 2024 have been described as discriminatory towards young teachers.

The decision to do so will be twice as costly and twice as problematic for candidates facing unemployment.

He said that this decision will create more problems for the candidates. Also, the “itch” is that these exams are not held in all 75 districts but only in 41 districts. My question is, Chief Minister Yogi. Adityanath ji, why should the youth of Uttar Pradesh bear the punishment for the government’s failures?
