What is the problem
In fact, Jama Masjid was surveyed on Tuesday on the orders of a Sambhal district court. It is claimed that this mosque was built by demolishing a temple. Petitioner’s advocate Vishnu Shankar Jain said the court of civil judge (higher division) gave directions to constitute a “law committee” for the Jama Masjid survey. The court has said that a videography and photography study should be carried out through the commission and the report should be submitted before the court. He had said, “The Harihar temple in Sambhal is the center of our faith. According to our religious beliefs, Kalki’s incarnation of Dashavatar will take place from here. Babar attempted to demolish the temple and convert it into a mosque in 1529. This is an ASI protected area. There cannot be any type of invasion in it.” Vishnu Shankar Jain had said, “There are many marks and signs there that belong to the Hindu temple. Keeping all these things in mind, the court has issued this order.
