Amritsar police achieved success
Amritsar Crime News (Aaj Samaj), Amritsar: As part of the drive against drug peddlers, the Amritsar police have once again achieved great success. During the raid, police arrested five accused, including heroin and weapons, in four different cases. Six kilos and 498 grams of heroin, two mobile phones and a nationally manufactured .32 caliber pistol and four cartridges have been recovered from the accused.
SSP Rural Charanjit Singh said that information was received that Malkit Singh and Baljinder Singh are smuggling heroin. Given this, the police raided them and arrested both. After which two kilos of heroin were recovered from both of them. On the other hand, the police of Gharinda police station recovered one kilo 498 grams of heroin from the house of Jagroop Singh in Dhanoe Kalan village. The accused has fled. At the same time, police from Ramdas Police Station arrested Franco Masih and Arsh Masih of T Point Bal Labhe Dariya with a country-made .32 caliber pistol and four cartridges.

Last day, 3.5 kg of heroin was also recovered
Amritsar Dehat police have seized heroin worth millions of rupees. The weight of the seized heroin is 3 kg 500 grams and the surprising thing is that the police found this heroin lying on the side of the road in a state of abandonment. This consignment has been recovered from Jandiala Guru Road. Giving this information, Police Station Head Mukhtiyar Singh said that currently the police are busy investigating which smugglers had come to collect this consignment of drugs. Apart from this, he said that the police are investigating the case taking into account other aspects as well.
