When he was rejected, the wedding party became angry, formed a circle and started beating the workers present at the pump, Ram Sahay, Bhola and Mewalal, with kicks, punches and shoes. The three staff members were injured due to blows inflicted by the wedding guests. The victim Ram Sahay said that someone from the wedding procession also took out five thousand rupees that he was carrying with him. When the noise subsided, local people arrived and intervened. Regarding the matter, Ramsahay filed a complaint in Jalalpur Kotwali against ten unknown guests of the wedding, accusing them of assault and theft of money.
