In the murder case of Jodhpur beautician Anita Chaudhary in Rajasthan, police arrested the main accused Ghulamuddin in Mumbai. This arrest was made on Thursday by the Jodhpur Police team with the help of Mumbai Police. Now the accused will be taken to Jodhpur and interrogated. Police may soon reveal other aspects of the case.
According to information, the police were searching for Ghulamuddin, the main accused of the murder. In this regard, on the instructions of Jodhpur Police Commissioner Rajendra Singh, a team of about a dozen police officers, including ADCP Nishant Bhardwaj and officers from Boranada and Basni police stations, was in Mumbai.
During this time, police traced Ghulamuddin’s whereabouts in Bhindi Bazaar based on CCTV footage and local information. After this, the accused was caught in Mumbai Central.
Ghulamuddin was on the run since Anita’s murder. According to the police, the team started the investigation after Anita’s body was found. When Ghulamuddin came to know about the police raid, he left his Activa near Jodhpur railway station and ran away. During the investigation, he was recorded getting off a bus in Ahmedabad and then getting off a bus in Mumbai. Based on these clues, the police started scanning CCTV cameras in Mumbai and finally found his whereabouts.

Abida, Ghulamuddin’s wife, had spoken of her involvement in this murder. Abida said that Ghulamuddin had already told her that he would bring someone with him to murder Anita. This statement made the police suspect that more people could also be involved in this case, whose information can only be revealed after Ghulamuddin’s interrogation.
After capturing the main accused, Jodhpur police are now hopeful that the real story behind Anita’s murder will come to light during Ghulamuddin’s interrogation. If any other person was involved in this case, they would also be identified. Now the accused will be taken to Jodhpur on a routine flight.
According to the police, Ghulamuddin will be questioned when he reaches Jodhpur. The police will try to find out if the motive for the murder was a personal dispute or there was some other conspiracy involved.
