(Kurukshetra News) Kurukshetra. The 31st annual relief function was organized by Shri Shiv Shakti Seva Mandal Kurukshetra at Dukhbhanjan Mahadev Temple. In this event, meritorious students and doctors of Ayurvedic College were honored for serving Shiva devotees at Kanwar camp. Mandal members also distributed blankets to the needy people. Social worker Sanjeev Sikri was the chief guest of the program and social worker Anand Bajaj and NRI Rohit Khungar were the special guests. Anil Kapoor was responsible for the stage direction.
Shiv Shakti Mandal honored meritorious children and social workers
Director Manohar Lal Khungar said the relief ceremony saw t-shirts distributed to around 1,200 children from 50 government schools and blankets to 150 needy people. The board honored with mementos the chief guests and 7 doctors and 7 pharmacists who contributed to the service of Kanwad. Patron Darshan Puri said that all the service works of the Mandal are organized with the amount donated by the people. All executive members of the board cooperated for the successful performance of the function. On this occasion, General Secretary Sandeep Marwah, OP Kapoor, ML Sachdeva, Mehar Chand Mukhi, ML Khungar, Krishna Gopal Bunty, Narendra Verma, Ved Grover, Mehar Chand Mukhi, SK Mishri, Raj Kumar, Shashi Kapoor, Kulwant Singh Bhatti, Pritam Sudha, Om Prakash, Sumit Mittal, Amit Garg, ML Sachdeva, Joginder Bittu, Anil, Pankaj Gaba and Shiv Shakti Mandal. The executive members were present.
