He collected all the information and then proceeded with the process of issuing threats. This has become clear in the investigation of the second mobile phone that the accused possessed. A Bandra police officer said they have recovered a long history of online searches regarding the safety of Shahrukh and his son Aryan from the accused’s mobile phone.

According to Bandra police, the accused had received the landline number of the police station through Just Dial online and then made a threat call. The Bandra police investigation also revealed that the mobile phone used by the accused to threaten Shahrukh was purchased a week ago i.e. on October 30.

Police suspect cell phone theft
The accused Faizan himself had bought this mobile and used it by inserting his old SIM card. He filed a report for the theft of his cell phone on November 2, but was unable to get the number disconnected. According to the Bandra Police investigation, if the mobile phone had been stolen then the perpetrator would have changed the SIM cable and inserted another SIM, but in this case nothing similar happened. Not only this, after the theft of the mobile phone, the accused made no effort to locate it by calling the SIM installed in it.
After purchasing the mobile phone on October 30, the accused used it for 107 seconds at 11:27 p.m. on October 31, 125 seconds at 11:30 p.m., 38 seconds at 11:43 p.m., 379 seconds on 1 November at 2:24 p.m. , 69 seconds at 2:57 p.m., the defendant spoke for 395 seconds at 3 p.m. and 157 seconds at 9:22 p.m., this conversation. He did not tell the police who he had asked.

The police suspect that the accused has hidden his phone somewhere and has done all this planning before issuing the threat. The accused lawyer does not cooperate in the police investigation. He is changing his answers over and over again. The accused lawyer is currently in police custody. The accused has made up many stories after making threats. Let us tell you that on November 5, a threatening call was received in the name of Shahrukh Khan at Bandra Police Station in Mumbai, demanding Rs 50 lakh from him.
