A major incident took place in Auraiya, UP, on Diwali day, where a Dalit youth was shot dead. This public massacre caused a sensation in the area. The relatives of the deceased said that games of chance were practiced near their house, and the person who opposed was shot dead on the spot by the thug.
The whole thing is from Auraiya Sadar Kotwali’s Narottampur. Here there was mourning in a house during the festival of Diwali. The victim’s relatives said that Sudhir Dohra, a powerful young man from the village, had forbidden him to play. Because of this a dispute occurred. After which Anil Pal shot and killed Sudhir Dohra.
As soon as information about the incident was received, police forces from various police stations, including the SP, reached the spot and started investigating the matter. The police detained the body, filled the Panchnama and sent it for autopsy. Furthermore, following the complaint of family members, a case was registered in the relevant sections. The deceased’s relatives are in bad condition and crying over the incident. Police say teams have been deployed to search for the accused. They’ll catch him soon.
Giving information about the incident, Pradeep, brother of deceased Sudhir Dohra, said that some children were playing here. When our brother refused, we shot him. The bullet hit him in the chest, causing him to die.
Regarding the incident, Superintendent of Police Abhijeet R Shankar said that there was a gambling dispute around 11:30 at Narottampur village in Auraiya police station area. In which Anil Pal of the same village shot Sudhir Dohra (son of Lal Bihari). Sudhir died due to a gunshot wound. After receiving the complaint, a case was registered under the relevant sections. Anil has escaped from the place. Police teams have been sent to arrest him.
