1 Politics have intensified in Chandigarh over the issue of formation of a new assembly in Haryana. Political parties in Punjab, including the BJP, have also protested. Punjab BJP president Sunil Jakhar has taken charge of the protest. He has sought Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s intervention. He said that to strengthen relations with Punjab, the decision needs to be reconsidered.
Today Tribal Pride Day 2 will be celebrated in Uttarakhand. According to SS Tolia, director of Tribal Welfare Department, three-day programs will be held at ONGC Stadium Kaulagarh. Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami will inaugurate it. Furthermore, the program will also be organized at Chief Sevak Sadan.
3. In view of the electoral environment, Prime Minister Modi is continuously traveling across the states. Meanwhile, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will visit Jamui in Bihar on the occasion of ‘Tribal Pride Day’. 4 Congress general secretary KC Venugopal accused the BJP of infiltration in Jharkhand and accused the Congress of dividing the society in Maharashtra. He said there is a clear difference between the narrative propagated by the Congress-led alliance and the BJP. He belongs to the common people of this country, but his agenda is to divide people on the basis of religion and other issues.
5 Delhi BJP president Virendra Sachdeva expressed concern over the rising pollution levels and stressed that the government’s top priority should be the safety of its citizens. He also criticized the Arvind Kejriwal government, blaming its inability to take effective action in the last ten years for the current pollution crisis. “Our main concern is the safety of the people and that is why we had said that young children should be prevented from going,” he said.
Congress 6 national president Mallikarjun Kharge attacked the BJP over the ‘Batenge to Katenge’ slogan and said the party wants to divide the country in the name of religion. He said, “We are followers of Baba Saheb Ambedkar, Lord Buddha, Nehru ji, Gandhi ji. These people have built the country while they (the BJP) are the people who are destroying the country. Why do they say ‘if we divide we will cut’? They want to divide the country in the name of religion. Former Prime Ministers Indira Gandhi and Rajiv Gandhi sacrificed their lives for the unity of the country.
7 Talking about the elections in Jharkhand, Union Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan said that the BJP is winning more than two-thirds of the assembly seats in the first phase of the elections.
He said, “The first phase of Jharkhand assembly elections concluded yesterday. I am the electoral in-charge of the BJP in Jharkhand. The BJP is winning more than two-thirds of the assembly seats in the first phase of the elections.
8 Bharatiya Janata Party Lok Sabha MP Anurag Thakur sent greetings on the auspicious occasion of Kartik Purnima on November 15. He appealed to the people of Jharkhand to vote for the BJP. After this, he claimed that the BJP government will free Jharkhand from infiltrators. “I wish you all a happy Kartik Purnima, Jharkhand Foundation Day and the 150th birth anniversary of Lord Birsa Munda. Another auspicious opportunity has come in Jharkhand i.e. getting rid of the three diseases – Love Jihad, Land Jihad and Job Jihad.”
9 Following the dismissal of six principal parliamentary secretaries, maintaining political balance in the state has become a challenge for the Himachal government. The positions of president and vice president of many corporations and boards of directors, including the position of cabinet minister, are vacant. MLAs who have vacated the CPS post can be appointed here. The adjustment of these MLAs can also take place in the new executive that the Congress is forming. Brainstorming has begun at the government level on all these issues.
10. Congress may face another major blow ahead of the Delhi Assembly elections. Today, i.e. Friday, a top Congress leader in Delhi is likely to join the Aam Aadmi Party. Recently, five-time former Congress MP from Seelampur Matin Ahmed and his son and daughter-in-law joined the AAP.
