CM Atishi defamation case: Delhi Chief Minister Atishi got major relief from the Rouse Avenue Court. Delhi’s Rouse Avenue Court on Thursday stayed proceedings before the magistrate in the defamation case filed against Chief Minister Atishi. BJP leader Praveen Shankar Kapoor had filed a defamation case against CM Atishi.
At the same time, the Rouse Avenue Court stayed the lower court proceedings in the defamation case filed by BJP leader Praveen Shankar Kapoor. Delhi Chief Minister Atishi had challenged the summons order in the Rouse Avenue court in the defamation case filed against her. Meanwhile, the Sessions Court has fixed the hearing of the case on December 2.

The trial court had issued summons against CM Atishi in the defamation complaint filed by BJP leader Praveen Shankar Kapoor. At the same time, the Delhi CM had approached the sessions court against this. At the same time, the court suspended the proceedings before the magistrate during the hearing.

In the defamation case filed by BJP leader Praveen Shankar Kapoor, Atishi was accused of damaging the party’s reputation. The BJP leader had claimed that the allegations made by Atishi were against him and him. The BJP also claimed that the Aam Aadmi Party leader did not submit any material to prove his poaching claims.
