The Ahmedabad Crime Branch has launched an investigation in this case against the hospital’s CEO Rahul Jain and marketing director Milind Patel.

Preliminary investigations revealed that within a few days they camped in 13 different towns and searched for victims. The number of people who have undergone angioplasty is currently being investigated. Many Chirag Rajput scams came to light

On the other hand, during the investigation, many scams by Chirag Rajput, who escaped by evading the police, have also come to light. Only Ayushman and PMJAY card holders were being targeted by Khyati Hospital. Thirteen card holders from Borisna village were brought to Ahmedabad and underwent angiography. Seven healthy people also underwent angiography after being told they had 80 to 90 per cent blockage and Nagar Sanma, 75, and Mahesh Barod, 52, lost their lives.

During the investigation at Khyati hospital, the police reviewed all the records and also found the original treatment records of the patients. The Criminal Unit raided six locations and confiscated 15 computers on which the data was stored. However, only after investigation will it be known whether there is still data in it or not.

These things came to light in the investigation.

In this case it also came to light that the patients’ data was acquired by Khyati Hospital. This included all information such as age, sex and medical history of the patients. Specific villages were targeted with the help of illegally obtained data. Medical control camps were organized there. The health data collected from patients who came to these camps was then sold to commercial medical and healthcare companies. That means it’s like a double violation of privacy.

These things came to light during the interrogation of the hospital staff.

Patients who had undergone angiography and angioplasty. The police have claimed to have also collected their data. Many things also came to light during the interrogation of the hospital staff and after getting the details from the hospital CEO Rahul Jain, an investigation was also launched against him. Marketing director Milind Patel’s entire team worked for the hospital’s image and to find victims. Due to this, an investigation has also been launched against him.

Surveillance circular issued against him

On the other hand, the police have also collected a lot of information while interrogating the arrested Dr. Vazirani. On this basis many shocking revelations have been made. A vigilance circular has been issued to ensure that Dr Kartik Patel, who went to Australia, does not escape to any other place. Further, a lookout circular has also been issued against all other doctors, Sanjay Mulji Patolia, Chirag Harisingh Rajput and Rajshree Pradeep Kothari.

It is noteworthy that Khyati Hospital, in the name of government choice, performs angioplasty on anyone whether they need it or not. For this, remote villages were attacked. Camps were organized there and for this the Sarpanch of the village or influential people were contacted and a commission of 10 to 20 per cent was also offered to them. Currently, the police have registered three FIRs against the hospital officials.

Documents revealed in the criminal branch investigation

At Khyati hospital, mostly raw documents from the records of patients undergoing angioplasty were prepared so that they could be manipulated at any time. A big reason is that even the names of many patients are fake. Apart from this, many times even though the patients were not facing any problem, someone else’s report was added in their name and their procedure was done.
