The ongoing Delhi Nyaya Yatra, under the leadership of Delhi Pradesh Congress president Devendra Yadav, received a grand welcome today. Congress spokesperson Shivam Bhagat welcomed the Yatra from the stage located at Vijay Chowk main market. Thousands of local workers and citizens participated in this event.
Four-time MP and former Union Minister Shivam Bhagat, the late HKL Bhagat’s grandson, launched harsh attacks on the Aam Aadmi Party. He said, “The Aam Aadmi Party has ruined the good work done by the Congress since the 1970s. Their capital expenditure is negative, no new schools or colleges were built.
He further said that pollution is reducing the life expectancy of Delhiites by 10 years. The Aam Aadmi Party should be renamed “Jail Bail Party” as most of its leaders, including former Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal and Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia, are either in jail or out on bail. The statements of his former minister Kailash Gehlot highlight his failures. Now the time has come for the Congress to return to lead Delhi towards prosperity.”
District President Sardar Gurcharan Singh Raju and all members of Nyaya Yatra were also present on this occasion. Shivam Bhagat appealed to all workers and citizens to be part of the Nyaya Yatra and support the Congress.
