Needle thread seller Sheeshpal was killed by giving him betel nut in Jalalpur village under Dibai police station area in Bulandshahr district of Uttar Pradesh. On the night of November 7, his body was found near a brick kiln, with knife wounds and strangulation marks with a handkerchief. Revealing this murder, the police arrested four people, including Sheeshpal’s uncle Rameshwar.
Police investigation revealed that Shishpal’s behavior towards his family was bad. He was an alcoholic and abused his parents and uncle. He had also committed obscene acts with his sister, which the family was angry about. Because of this his uncle planned the murder. Shailendra, a resident of Aligarh, received a betel nut worth Rs 1 lakh for this work.

As per the plan, Shailendra put his wife’s photo in WhatsApp DP and increased his friendship with Sheeshpal. On the day of the incident, Shailendra and his friends Vivek and Pushpendra called Sheeshpal to the field. Shailendra himself was sitting there dressed in women’s clothes and a scarf. As soon as Sheeshpal arrived, the three together attacked him with a knife and strangled him to death.
Police arrested four accused
Dibai police and Dehat SOG collected evidence from the incident site and arrested the four accused, including Sheeshpal’s uncle Rameshwar. Police recovered Rs 12,000 cash, a pistol, an illegal knife, a burnt mobile phone and the deceased’s shirt. SSP Bulandshahr Shlok Kumar said all the accused have been sent to judicial custody.
