Ayodhya. A case will be registered against 12 people, including the principal of the medical college and two doctors, for the death of Prabhunath Mishra, a contract employee of the medical college. Chief Judicial Magistrate Anshumali Pandey submitted a report on the case and directed Kotwal Ayodhya to investigate.
Advocate Martand Pratap Singh said that Prabhunath Mishra, son of Jagdish Chandra Mishra, a resident of Binda Mishra in Haiderganj police station area, was working as a computer operator through outsourcing in the Medical College. On the morning of July 29, while she was on duty, two students of the 2020 batch of the Medical College entered her cabin without queuing and started pressuring her to cut the registration form. Then Prabhu Nath asked them both to stand in line and cut the papers. After which other people who arrived at the scene beat him.
Principal Gyanendra Kumar is alleged to have called Pramunath to his room and asked him to apologize to the two students. If he didn’t, he threatened to file a lawsuit and be fired from the job. Fed up with this, Prabhu Nath consumed poison. The police did not submit any report in the case, then the father of the deceased applied to the court to submit a report. On which the court has presented a report and ordered an investigation.
