The court agreed to hear the petition declaring the Dargah of Khwaja Moinuddin Chishti in Ajmer, Rajasthan, as a Hindu temple. Bhim Army chief and Nagina MP Chandrashekhar is furious over this. He said it was a conspiracy to throw the country into the fire of hatred.
MP Nagina said in ‘X’ that on the pretext of Ajmer Dargah, a new conspiracy has been hatched to throw the country into the fire of hatred by diverting attention from important issues. Chandrashekhar said that the Places of Worship Act, 1991 clearly states that the nature of any religious place that came into existence on August 15, 1947 cannot be changed, nor will these cases be heard in court, but it is shameful that the agenda has been fulfilled the mandate of Hindutva. To do this, the law and the Constitution are mocked under the patronage of those people who a few days ago wore the Constitution on their foreheads and pretended to venerate it.
…so that incidents like Sambhal can be avoided: Chandrashekhar
Chandrashekhar said: Why don’t these hateful forces desist from poisoning the atmosphere of the country? Whereas not only the Muslim community but also the Hindu and Sikh communities have faith in the Dargah of Sufi Moinuddin Chishti Khwaja Garib Nawaz ji. The Azad Samaj Party (Kanshi Ram) requests the Hon’ble Supreme Court to intervene in such cases and not only protect the Places of Worship Act, 1991 but also pass an order to implement it so that incidents like Sambhal, which are embarrassing for the country, it will not happen. It can be avoided.
The Azad Samaj Party is with you at every step. We will fight where necessary: the courts, the streets, the parliament. Just keep in mind that you have to act with caution and moderation so that your plans do not go well. After this, he wrote a couplet by the famous poet Rahat Indori: Believe me, ‘Those who are Sahib Masnad today will not be there tomorrow, there are tenants, caste houses are few.’
What’s the whole deal?
In fact, Vishnu Gupta of the Hindu Sena had filed a petition in the court to declare the Dargah of Khwaja Moinuddin Chishti in Ajmer as a place of Hindu worship. Regarding this petition, the lower court has notified all parties and now the next hearing will be held on December 20.
Claim that Shiv temple was in Ajmer Dargah, the court accepted the petition and issued notice to all parties.
The organization that maintains the Dargah issued a statement.
Sarwar Chishti, secretary of workers’ organization Anjuman Syed Jadgan, has issued a statement in this regard. He said the Dargah is a symbol of faith and communal harmony and has millions of followers across the world. He said we have clashed many times and Hindu Sena has been making similar statements for the last three years. These situations do not benefit the country. He said that after the Babri Masjid controversy, we thought that the situation in the country would normalize, but it is not happening. We will answer this in court.
