4pm News Network: The Bharatiya Janata Party has suffered a major setback in the Sessions Court in the national capital, Delhi. The Sessions Court on Friday (November 22) stayed the defamation case filed against Delhi Chief Minister Atishi. In fact, the BJP had filed a case against the CM. Meanwhile, the Sessions Court located at Rouse Avenue stayed the proceedings before the magistrate in the defamation case against CM Atishi. According to sources, the Sessions Court has fixed the hearing of the case on December 2.
