Miscreants attacked two passenger buses at Morena on the Rajasthan border in Madhya Pradesh. Both buses were going from Delhi to Gwalior. In this incident, more than half a dozen people traveling on both buses were injured. Upon receiving the information, the police reached the spot and admitted all the injured to the hospital. It is said that the condition of all these people is currently out of danger. This incident took place on Monday night on NH 44 in Civil Line police station area. Currently, the police have taken the statements of the injured and are busy investigating the case.
According to the police, people from Gwalior and Morena had attended some program organized in Delhi. During this programme, people from Gwalior had a fight with the Morena youth. As there were more people from Gwalior there, the Morena youth threatened them and they returned home on their own. At the same time, after the program was over, as soon as the people of Gwalior boarded the buses and reached Morena via NH 44, the ambushed youths surrounded them.
Half a dozen people who were on the bus were injured
The accused later attacked the buses with sticks, bricks and stones. Due to this, the windows of the buses were broken and many people inside were injured. It’s fortunate that no one was seriously injured. The accused also allegedly fired at the buses. The bus driver stated in his statement to the police that he had already reported this. However, the police have not yet confirmed the dismissal. According to the police, the matter is being investigated. Police have also identified some of the accused. The raid to arrest them has intensified.
The number of attackers can exceed 50.
According to the Morena Police, the number of attackers could be more than 50. It is suspected that all of these attackers came armed with weapons and fled the scene after committing the crime. According to police, the injured have been admitted to the hospital and a bus has been sent to Gwalior. The injured will also be sent for first aid. The police have recorded the statements of all the injured.
