Some had expired a year ago, while other cylinders had expired three and four years ago. Witnesses claim that none of the cylinders worked.

At the time the fire broke out, the fire alarm had not even been activated. Additionally, the water sprinklers that were in the room when the fire occurred also did not work. So such a big accident happened. At the same time, after the accident, cylinders with an expiration date disappeared from the hospital.
