Shot in the leg, both criminals were wanted in several criminal cases
Delhi Crime News (Aaj Samaj), New Delhi: Taking action against criminals, Delhi Police managed to arrest two gangsters. Both belong to the Saddam Gauri gang and were wanted by the police in numerous criminal cases. The police recovered two semi-automatic pistols, two live cartridges and two empty casings from them.
When the police tried to catch them both, they both opened fire on the police team. When the police retaliated and fired, one of them was injured, after which the police arrested both of them. Giving information in this regard, DCP Dwarka Ankit Singh said that the criminal who was shot in the leg was identified as Suraj. While the other has been identified as Faiz alias Pathan.

Both have criminal records.
Giving information in this regard, DCP said that Suraj has been involved in many cases of murder, robbery, kidnapping, Arms Act, etc. Police were looking for him in four cases in Dwarka North and Dwarka South police stations, apart from this, Faiz has also been involved in two cases. When the police asked the miscreants to surrender, Suraj started firing at the police.
In retaliation, the police opened fire and arrested him. Both had set out to kill the scoundrel from their rival gang. As soon as Bindapur reached JJ Colony area, the police surrounded them. Suraj was shot in the left leg during the encounter. He was admitted to Din Dayal Upadhyay Hospital. He said that during interrogation of the arrested accused, the police will collect information about their gang so that more arrests can be made.
