Thanks to sunlight, the layer of smog in the atmosphere of Delhi ended and the pollution level also reduced. After Sunday, the AQI in Delhi also improved on Monday and was recorded up to 281. This relief is now expected to continue in the coming days. On the other hand, once the pollution has subsided, the possibility of opening schools and colleges in Delhi is now being considered.
Grape-4 restrictions will continue
While holding an important hearing, the Supreme Court also refused to relax Group-4 restrictions. Hearing this matter, the Supreme Court Bench said that there are a large number of children who do not have purifiers at home. Therefore, there can be no difference between children who live at home and those who go to school. During this time he refused to relax Grape-4’s restrictions. He said restrictions cannot be relaxed until the court is sure that the air quality (AQI) is declining. The court will not order restrictions below Grape-3 or Grape-2.

After air pollution reached dangerous levels in Delhi-NCR, the Supreme Court directed state governments to strictly implement the provisions of Group 4. The Supreme Court also directed all NCR states to immediately constitute teams for monitoring operations necessary under Group-4. Additionally, the court called for closing schools up to grade 12.

Delhi government monitors every situation
On the other hand, the Delhi government monitors the level of pollution. The Minister of the Environment continually monitors the situation. During this time, they repeatedly write letters asking the Central Government for help to deal with this serious situation.
