Currently, the police have registered a case against the sweeper on the complaint of the boss. At the same time, the department has suspended the said sweeper.
On the other hand, accused sweeper Sheela Devi also lodged a complaint against village head Ravi Pratap Singh at Baghauchghat police station for abuse and assault. The woman was said to have been angry with Pradhan for not signing the attendance register.
In this entire matter, ADPRO Shravan Chaurasia said an incident came to light in which a sweeper hit the village head with slippers. The investigation was carried out from ADO Panchayat. After investigation, ADO Panchayat found this to be true and that the sweeper had behaved against the rules of employee conduct, and after being found prima facie guilty, she was suspended.
Let us tell you that two sweepers are deployed at Neruari village under Pathardeva development block of Deoria. In which there is a sweeper named Sheela. It is alleged that Sheela does not arrive on time for her duties. When village head Ravi Pratap Singh complained about this to senior officials, Sheela became angry.
Meanwhile, on November 22, the sweeper arrived at the village chief’s house to have her payroll signed. Then Pradhan asked what time are you on duty. So the woman said that from 11 in the afternoon until 2 in the afternoon. Hearing the response, Pradhan said senior officials of the department should write this matter down.
It is alleged that upon hearing this, the sweeper Sheela became enraged, took off her slippers and hit the village head. This incident was captured by the CCTV camera installed outside Pradhan’s house. After which the village head informed the department about this entire matter and lodged a written complaint at Baghauchghat police station. Based on the complaint, the police have registered the case.
