He also fed laddus to the village elder with his own hands. The victim Urmila Devi, a resident of Malhausi village, had written a complaint letter to the district magistrate some time ago.

The woman also accused the accountant and the village development officer and said that these people were also fully aware of this, but the victim’s son did not get any job in the Jalnigam.
