Recipe to make bhujia radish leaves
First step- To make Bhujiya with radish leaves, first separate the radish and cut it into fine pieces. Now cut the radish leaves into thin sheets and wash them well with water.
Second step- Now add some water to the radish and its leaves and steam them. Note that it is not necessary to over-boil the radish, just melt it slightly. After cooling, squeeze the radish and its leaves well to remove all the water.
Third step- Now take a kadai or a pan. Add mustard oil as you do to cook any vegetable. Add asafoetida and cumin in oil. Now add 4-5 finely chopped garlic cloves, 2 finely chopped green chillies and sauté. Now add turmeric, coriander powder and salt to the oil.
Fourth step- Now add the radish and its leaves in oil and spices and mix. Mix everything well, cover and cook for a while. When the radish leaves and radishes are completely cooked and mixed with the spices, turn off the gas.
