Elon Musk has turned his microblogging platform X (Twitter) into a super app. In this, the company has added a new job search feature. Users can search for jobs on X just like on LinkedIn. Last year, Musk had added the job recruiting feature, in which recruiters, i.e. companies that provide employment, can be included. This feature was first introduced in the beta version. This feature was later rolled out to all users.

How will it work?
Musk had added the X-Hiring feature to the beta version of his microblogging platform. This feature is mainly for those organizations that are verified on this platform. Through this recruitment and jobs feature, both organizations and suitable candidates will be able to find the jobs of their choice.
X new jobs feature
This X Jobs feature will depend on the X-Hiring database. As soon as companies post jobs for any new position through this tool, users will see it in the job search results. To this end, the Application Tracking System (ATS) has been added, which provides candidate data to contracting companies through an XML feed.
Users will not be charged anything for using the Jobs feature in Users will click or tap the Jobs option that appears in the X app or website to search for jobs. After this, use keywords to search for jobs of your choice.
