Comparing the US presidential election with the Lok Sabha elections in India, he said that India has counted 640 million votes i.e. 64 million votes in one day, but vote counting is still going on in the US state of California .

However, a fundamental difference between Indian and US elections is that in the US voting is still done through ballots, while India chose EVM for voting years ago.
Another user wrote that India counted 640 million votes in a single day but California is still counting 15 million i.e. 1.5 million votes and it has been 18 days since voting ended.
