Ajmer Dargah
Regarding the Dargah located in Ajmer, Rajasthan, it is claimed that there is a Shiva temple there. After this, the Hindu side approached the court regarding this matter and the court issued notice to the concerned parties. The next hearing in this case will now take place on December 20. After this, comments began to come in from the Muslim community. Syed Naseeruddin Chishti, president of the All India Sajjadanasheen Sufi Council and a descendant of Khwaja Moinuddin Chishti, said the government should intervene in this.
“We will present our position firmly”
Syed Naseeruddin Chishti said that the court issued a notice to the interested parties in this matter. One such stakeholder is the Dargah Committee, ASI and the third is the Ministry of Minority Affairs. He further said, this is a matter related to the Dargah of our elders, we have closely followed this matter, we are talking to our lawyers. He also said that we will take all legal measures that we have to take and present our position with full force.
“Every day complaints are made in the mosque”
Syed Naseeruddin Chishti said that every day it is seen in the country that sometimes a mosque is claimed as a temple, sometimes a Dargah is claimed as a temple, this is not in the interest of our country. Today India is going to become a global power, how long will we remain entangled in the dispute between temples and mosques, what disputes between temples and mosques will we leave to our future generations?

He further said that people who take these irresponsible steps and do such things damage the faith of millions of people. As far as Ajmer Dargah is concerned, not only Muslims, Muslims, Hindus, Sikhs and Christians from all over the world are connected with Ajmer Dargah. Everyone’s faith is linked to it.
He asked the government to pass a law.
Syed Naseeruddin Chishti said, the history of Ajmer is 850 years old, this Dargah always gives the message of love and peace. Having impure thoughts and speaking like this is damaging the faith of billions of people and this is being done to divide society. Talking about Sambhal, he said, I also condemn the violence in Sambhal. I appeal to the Government of India to intervene in this matter. Such a law should be enacted or guidelines established so that no one points fingers at such religious places.
Syed Naseeruddin Chishti, referring to RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat, said: Mohan Bhagwat is a responsible person of this country, he had said in the year 2022, for how long will we continue to look for Shivalaya in every mosque? What is the need to have it? Shivalaya in every mosque you should find the pagoda.
