People from RSS and allied organizations are campaigning door to door.
Maharashtra Assembly Elections 2024: This time, in the Maharashtra Assembly elections, a tough fight is expected between BJP-led Mahayuti and Congress-led Maha Vikas Aghadi. Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh has geared up to help the Bharatiya Janata Party in these difficult elections. RSS, along with its 36 affiliated organisations, has started working on the strategy to ensure BJP’s victory and is therefore continuously raising important issues among the people.
Small groups are raising awareness
RSS, along with its affiliated organisations, has deployed its small groups in the countryside. Workers of organizations associated with the Sangh like Vishwa Hindu Parishad, Bajrang Dal, Mazdoor Sangh, Kisan Sangh, Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad, Rashtra Sevika Samiti and Durga Shakti are campaigning door to door under the banner of ‘Jagran Manch’. These organizations are raising awareness among people about issues like land jihad, love jihad, religious conversion, stoning, riots, corruption, oppression of women and are appealing to people to vote 100 percent so that issues such as jihad for land and jihad for love can be stopped. The government can be elected. As part of the strategy, RSS has asked people to vote remembering the mantra of ‘If you divide, you will be divided’.

To convey their message to the people, a group of 10 to 15 workers meets at one location every morning and afternoon, depending on the area. This group speeds up campaign meetings in 2 or 3 parts. Let us tell you that currently 150 to 175 groups are working under the command of Lok Jagran Manch. In this way, small group campaigns are being carried out across Maharashtra. Let us tell you that there was a crushing defeat of the BJP and Mahayuti in Maharashtra in the Lok Sabha, after which the Sangh shouldered a huge responsibility under the Lok Jagran Manch. It is believed that this exercise by Sangh can benefit the BJP and Mahayuti in many areas of Maharashtra.
The volunteers also hand out a brochure to people in which many topics are mentioned.

Members of RSS groups and allied organizations carry in their hands a booklet that is very special in itself. On this booklet it is written ‘Apna Maharashtra, Shrestha Maharashtra’. On one side, there is a saffron image of Maharashtra and on the other, there is an image of Shivaji Maharaj. It is written in the pamphlet ‘Apna Maharashtra, Shrestha Maharashtra’. It is God’s will that this kingdom be established. Remember this resolution of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj. Let’s vote and create Hinduvi Swarajya. Do not fall into the illusion of false propaganda and vote 100 percent for the overall development, safety of your loved ones and the interest of the country.
Some other things are also written in the booklet, such as:
- Who are those who form factions in society? They insult gods, goddesses, saints and great men. Recognize them. Let us protect the unity and interests of Maharashtra irrespective of caste, creed, language, ideology, let us vote.
- Choose a government that stops territorial jihad, love jihad, conversion, stoning, riots, corruption and oppression of women. Let’s vote.
- Let us remember this mantra ‘If we divide, we will be divided’. Learn a lesson from the Dhule Lok Sabha constituency results. Come on, let’s all go vote.
- Identify those who are creating confusion by spreading misconceptions about the Constitution, reservations, scheduled castes and scheduled tribes. Let’s vote.
- Teach a good lesson to those who have sacrificed their Indian ideology and identity. Let’s vote.
- Vishwa Patel: Understand the difference between those who glorify India and those who defame India. Let’s vote.
Let us tell you that at these points, RSS and its affiliated organizations go door to door explaining their problems to the people and motivating them to vote. After the results in Maharashtra in Lok Sabha were not what they wanted, the Sangh and allied organizations started campaigning at their own level too. At the same time, before the elections, the Sangh held several coordination meetings with the BJP across Maharashtra. Political experts believe that the BJP and Mahayuti can gain a lot from this strategy of the RSS in the elections.
