Mumbai Shiv Sena leader of the Uddhav Thackeray faction, Sanjay Raut, attacked the Shinde government over the attack on former state home minister Anil Deshmukh. He said that a conspiracy was hatched in Devendra Fadnavis town to kill former Maharashtra Home Minister Anil Deshmukh and he was attacked. Who is responsible for it?
Former Maharashtra Home Minister and NCP (Sharad Pawar) leader Anil Deshmukh was attacked on Monday. Anil Deshmukh was heading towards Katol after finishing the election meeting in Narkhed. Meanwhile, his car was stoned near Belphata on the Katol Jalalkheda road. He suffered a head injury in this attack.
Sanjay Raut said, regarding Anil Deshmukh, the matter is such that the law and order of Maharashtra has completely ended. This type of terrible violence has never occurred in elections in this state. Sanjay Raut added that all the sources are in the hands of the Election Commission, that is why the Election Commission is primarily responsible.
Sanjay Raut further said: Devendra Fadnavis has voted for law and order in two years. The way Baba Siddiqui was killed and former Home Minister Anil Deshmukh was attacked, who is a senior political leader of Maharashtra, a seven-time MLA and also a minister. Also, he is very close to Sharad Pawar Saheb, Devendra Fadnavis should take responsibility for the way he was attacked. BJP says this is a trick. Maharashtra does not need to learn this trick from Narendra Modi.
Maharashtra Deputy Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis had termed the Maharashtra Assembly elections as a vote crusade to counter electoral jihad. Regarding this, Sanjay Raut said, talking about religious war is correct, here we always talk about a Maharashtrian religion. This religion of Maharashtra has prevailed since the time of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj. He further said that a religious war is definitely going on against the initiative taken by Narendra Modi ji, Amit Shah ji, Devendra Fadnavis and Eknath Shinde to loot Maharashtra.
Sanjay Raut said about Raj Thackeray, the thing is that it has been a long time since Raj Thackeray left Shiv Sena. He further said that once Raj Thackeray ji used to be our friend, but I feel that the Bharatiya Janata Party has completely captured his mind. Also, regarding the BJP’s narrative on electoral jihad, he said, this jihad etc. will end tomorrow afternoon. Voting will be held in 288 seats of Maharashtra on November 20 and the election results will be known on November 23.
