Travel will become easier as road conditions improve. For this, the Faridabad Metro Development Authority has decided to reconstruct 50 roads in 14 sectors of Greater Faridabad. Special repairs will also be carried out on some of these roads. This plan will cost Rs 35 crore.
Greater Faridabad was developed by the Haryana Urban Development Authority 15 years ago and during that time roads were constructed. When Faridabad Metro Development Authority came into existence in the year 2018, it was entrusted with the responsibility of maintenance and construction of 30 and 60 meter wide roads, but due to lack of repair works for many years, the roads They have become potholes. . Es. During the rainy season, the roads take the form of ponds, which increases the problems of the population.
Work will begin as soon as approval is received.
The responsibility of repairing these roads lies with the Faridabad Metro Development Authority. An official said that a proposal was made after preparing a list of all broken roads from Sector 75 to 89. It will be placed in the board meeting soon. Work will begin as soon as they get government approval.
