He said farmer leaders Satnam Singh Pannu and Savinder Singh Chautala of KMSC and Surjit Singh Phul of BKU (Krantikari) will lead the protest. He said that after November 26, protesters will start showing black flags at BJP leaders without disrupting their movement. The government is spreading misinformation that the protesting farmers are not willing to join the talks.
