In Banda, farmers stand in long queues to receive fertilizer. Farmers in Annadata wander from door to door in search of fertilizer. There are women with small children in shopping stores.
Farmers queue all night, but receive no fertilizer in the morning. After queuing for hours, farmers return disappointed. Farmers have not been given fertilizers to sow Rabi crops.
